Downward Sloping - Low Side of Street

This trendy, tri-level home is the ideal design for downsloping sites. The external design includes a modern, raised portico at the entrance that sets the style of this stylish home. 

Intelligently designed, this home has taken advantage of the sloping block, creating a split-level design that allows the master bedroom to have its own separate floor. This gives you more privacy within your bedroom, spacious ensuite, and walk-in robe.
