Downward Sloping - Low Side of Street

One of our latest designs, this downhill home was created to meet requests for a compact split-level design for sites of 250m2.

This home is an adaptation of the Mk1. The living areas are placed upstairs, opposite to MkI. This is to accommodate sites that want to showcase their amazing view. The alfresco is now replaced with an elevated timber deck. 

The privacy of the master bedroom is maintained from the Mk1 design. However, differing from the initial design, the secondary bedrooms are now downstairs and surrounded by a rumpus room and an outdoor space that create an ideal kids zone.
