Downward Sloping - Low Side of Street

Introducing our new Bexley MkI design. This design is created specifically for downsloping sites. This impressive split-level home is separated into four individual floor levels. Each level is separated by half a storey making lightweight of the stairs between each of the floors.

The ground floor includes the entrance foyer, a spacious home theatre, and a garage. The sunken rear section of the ground floor has a large alfresco area, a laundry and powder room, a study, and an expansive open-plan living area with 2.7m high ceilings.
