Downward Sloping - Low Side of Street

The Malibu is our latest addition to our designs for sites below street level. This design includes Living areas upstairs which open out onto a functional Alfresco Dining area. This is a great design to cater for sloping home sites where there is a view advantage to the elevated rear living areas. The design includes very spacious living areas. The Galley style kitchen includes an island breakfast bar. With this 36 Square version of the Malibu, The entire upstairs area is all on one level and includes standard 2.4m, 8ft ceiling heights throughout.
