Downward Sloping - Low Side of Street

The Malibu is our latest addition to our designs for sites below street level. This design includes Living areas upstairs which open out onto a functional Alfresco Dining area. This is a great design to cater for sloping home sites where there is a view advantage to the elevated rear living areas. The design includes very spacious living areas. It also includes a Sunken Family / Meals Kitchen area with 3.6m high 12ft ceilings. The Galley style kitchen includes an island breakfast bar.
