Upwards Sloping - High Side of Street

 The Mayfield design is one of our latest additions to our range targeted towards upward sloping sites. The Mayfield includes an expansive open-plan living area, an elevated verandah, and four bedrooms on the upstairs floor. The living areas and verandah let in an abundance of natural light creating a seamless outdoor and indoor entertaining space. 

 
This is a great design for homes that want to showcase the beautiful view from their site. The design includes a large front Verandah on the upper 1st-floor level, accessed via a 3.6m width 4-panel sliding glass door. The design focuses on smart use of space, creating an ideal family home.
