Upwards Sloping - High Side of Street

The Newport MKII is our latest addition to our designs for the high side of the street. This design includes Living areas upstairs which open out onto your raised backyard level. This is a great design to cater for sloping home sites where there is a view advantage to the elevated living areas. The design includes very spacious living areas with a functional layout. This design being 30 Squares is a smart & cost effective option to our other larger split level home designs.
