Upwards Sloping - High Side of Street

The Salisbury MK5 is a contemporary design that combines a striking modern industrial inspired façade with a spacious floor plan. Designed for steeply sloping sites, it places the living areas on the first floor to maximise panoramic views.

The ground floor comprises a double car garage, a massive home theatre, and a laundry room with a separate water closet.

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen features a walk-in scullery and connects seamlessly to the surrounding living and dining areas. An expansive front balcony and a rear alfresco deck provide excellent outdoor spaces for entertaining and enjoying the views. The MK5 has four bedrooms, three of which have built-in robes, and a master suite with an ensuite and walk-in robe.
